Just a reminder to everyone that we will have our June LUG meeting at 6:30pm on Thursday, July 11th. Don’t forget that we are now meeting in the Board Room. Directions: Take the elevator to the third floor then turn right and walk straight into the room. Please try to avoid food or drink in the new room.
- Python Training – Peter Hedlund is continuing with part #3 of his Python series. If you can and are interested please bring a laptop and learn along with everyone else.
- Using USB Thumb-drives (Revisited) – Sam Williams is going to revisit the thumb-drive testing issue from the December meeting after a question from a member last month.
- Unix Forensics – Since there has been a lot of discussion in the news about security of late, we are going to be watching an example of Unix/Linux forensic analysis.
- Current News – Towards the end of the meeting we will have a discussion on some of the more interesting Linux/FOSS news items from the past month.
Hope to see you all there!
