Hello everyone! This is just a reminder that the September LUG meeting will be at 6:30pm on Thursday,  September 10th. Directions: When you arrive at Rasmussen College take the elevator to the third floor then turn right and walk straight into the meeting room (Boardroom). This months presentations are:

  • The Atom Editor – Peter Hedlund will be discussing tips and hints for successfully using the new Atom Editor from the folks at Github. Should be an interesting presentation.
  • (Library|Pirate)\.Box – Sam Williams will be attempting to build  a proper PirateBox using a Raspberry Pi2. It will be a bold experiment because unlike most of his presentations we are going to attempt this realtime for a little extra fun.
  • systemd Intro – Sam Williams will be starting a series of discussions around the init system, systemd, and particularly why you might need to understand how it works and why.

Hope to see you all there!
