Happy New Year everyone! This is just a reminder that our January  LUG meeting  will be at 6:30pm on Thursday, January 8th. Directions: When you arrive at Rasmussen College take the elevator to the third floor then turn right and walk straight into the meeting room (Boardroom). Tonight’s presentations are:

  • Odroid-C1 – we will give everyone a look at the new quad-core arm-based SBC from HardKernel. We will discuss issues that have been seen since we’ve been working with the device.
  • blink(1) mk2 – we will give everyone a taste of a simple hardware device used by some large companies as a status indicator. Its simple, fun, and can be very useful.
  • Bash Programming – we will take a look at a script for producing some simple results and how that is accomplished. It should be an interesting discussion.
  • Linux News – We will discuss the highlights of the last month in Linux news.

Hope to see you all there!
