Just a reminder to everyone that we will have our October LUG meeting at 6:30pm on Thursday, October 10th. Don’t forget that we are now meeting in the Board Room. Directions: Take the elevator to the third floor then turn right and walk straight into the room. Please try to avoid food or drink in the new room.
- Linux / Programming Debugging – Sam Williams is going to discuss some overarching ways to prepare to debug system or programming issues, of course with as much Linux spin as possible
- Security 101 – We are going to be watch a brief interview detailing more issue of data and system security. It should be entertaining and useful for everyone. We will also continue our discussion on security in general with Linux.
- Current News – There have been several note-worthy Linux/FOSS news items in the last month. Thought we could have some fun discussing those.
