The July RRLug meeting had a great attendance. We met at the usual time of 6:00 pm in the Rasmussen College Boardroom and had the following presentations:
- Zabbix Server – Doug Pampe gave a presentation on implementing a Zabbix server. His demonstration is built on top of Ubuntu server and demonstrated how to monitor a Cisco 2950 switch.
- PirateBox – Sam Williams demonstrated how to configure a Raspberry Pi as a PirateBox. He presented some freely available Raspberry Pi and Odroid magazines through the PirateBox for anyone that was interested.
- Linux News – Bring a Linux news event from the last month and we can discuss it during tonight’s meeting.
The meeting was very information and a lot of fun!
